DareShop is a private sales website. Use of the online store requires a valid PayPal account. Our interface quotes all prices in Euros with tax included, but WITHOUT shipping costs. During your purchase, you’ll be able to switch the interface to use most foreign currencies. DareShop reserves the right to change item pricing at any time. DareShop reserves the right to accept or deny orders that do not follow the above terms. Any purchase made on this website will be considered legal within the general terms of sale.
DareShop does not sell any product to anyone under legal age. Legal age is understood as age 18 or over. Minors can only make purchases with the written approval of a parent or legal guardian. DareShop shall not be legally responsible for any transaction, financial or otherwise, made by a minor in breach of above policy. All orders will be received within a maximum of two weeks. No exchanges or returns are possible. DareShop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order by customers found to already be engaged in legal disputes. All items are shipped to the address provided at the time the order was placed. Shipment Charges are as follows: 6Euros for Switzerland and Lichtenstein, 9Euros for Continental Europe and 12Euros for all other international orders.
All products and prices on DareShop are valid only while listed on the site and while in stock.. If stock runs out after an order has already been placed, we will contact the buyer by email, informing them of either cancellation or partial delivery of the order. Customers must check their orders upon receipt. If the shipment has been physically damaged, we suggest you contact your local postal office immediately. DareShop declines any responsibility for quality irregularities, damage or loss of shipment. Our products are not subject to any guarantees.
